  • FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Frank Sr. is a lifelong resident of Upland, California. A family man, Frank, and his wife Terri share four (4)children. Frank started the FDR Foundation in honor of his oldest son, Frankie Dean Rosales.

    Frank started his own business as a young man in his early twenties and that business has grown to be a successful general construction firm today.

    Frank has had a passion for motorcycles and has been involved in the industry for many years. His passion was passed down to his son, Frankie Dean. The FDR Foundation was established to carry on both Frank Sr. and Frankie Dean’s passion for helping others.


  • Devyn is the CFO for a Southern California General Contractor. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Cal Poly Pomona and her Master’s Degree from Pepperdine University.

    Devyn spent her childhood volunteering for the Special Olympics of Southern California with her family.

    Devyn is a long time family friend of the Rosales family and Frankie Dean’s “cousin”.

  • LIFESTYLE CYCLES FOUNDER

    Mark Skolnick, most commonly known as Junior is no stranger to the motorcycling community and charitable organizations! Founding Lifestyle Cycles in 1999 his organization has grown to become the West Coast’s largest reseller of premium used Harley Davidsons. Junior and Lifestyle Cycles proudly support many charitable organizations including Patriots and Paws, Patriotic Service Foundation, God Speed’s “Soul Foundation, American legions,and various Veterans and children related charities.

    “I’m honored to be part of such a great organization” Say’s Junior. “The FDR Foundation is amazing and will certainly be there to help those in need!”


  • Ronda Bowman is the VP of NA Tools and Outdoor Customer and Employee Learning for Stanley Black and Decker. Before joining SBD, she led Global Learning teams for HPE Financial Services, HPE, and HP, as well as AT&T. Her focus on business impact and metrics has resulted in multiple learning industry awards. She is a certified and accredited coach (CPCC, ACC), a Personal Brand Coach, holds an MBA, and has served on the Board of Advisors of immerse.io, a global company delivering immersive learning experiences through VR, and is serving as Vice President of the International Coaching Federation Raleigh Area Chapter Board of Directors.


  • CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

    Dave is a long-time friend friend of Frank Sr. and uncle to Frankie Dean.

    Dave is a tile contractor and has owned and operated a successful business in the Inland Empire for the last 30+ years.

    Dave has been involved in the motorcycle industry for many years and it is one of his biggest passions. His keen eye for detail, knowledge in the field, and devotion to his family make him a pivotal member of the FDR Foundation family.


  • CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

    Chris Wheeler is a lifelong motorcycle and off-road enthusiast, with a never-ending pursuit for speed and connection to the outdoors. He has witnessed and experienced the damaging rippled effects that tragedy brings and is using his personal drive, talents, and professional experience to bring awareness to the cause.

    Chris is the president of Ignite Design & Advertising, Inc., a national advertising agency that delivers creative, advertising, and branding solutions to clients in the automotive, motorcycle, healthcare, not- for profit, and non-profit fields. With over 30 years of experience, Chris’s approach to client strategies has been pivotal to the success of exposing client’s products and services with people across the U.S.


  • CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

    Carolyn Anderson is the grandmother of FDR. She has lived in the City of Upland over 50 years and raised her four sons there. Carolyn is blessed with fifteen grandchildren. She is a public affairs professional having worked with municipalities and government jurisdictions throughout Central and Southern California. Now retired she is dedicating time to building a strong and enduring movement to honor Frankie Dean Rosales (FDR).

  • Donna is a resilient individual with a strong foundation in accounting and business.

    Alongside homeschooling her teenage son, she navigates life's challenges with grace and determination. Following the tragic loss of her husband in a motorcycle accident, Donna found solace and support through the FDR foundation.

    Now, as a proud member of the FDR team, she aims to pay forward the kindness and assistance she received during her darkest days.

    With a compassionate heart and a commitment to making a difference, Donna strives to offer hope and healing to others facing similar hardships. Together, let's create a brighter tomorrow.
