OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By participating in the Rally for Royce Giveaway (“Giveaway”), entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of FDR Foundation (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of FDR Foundation, FXR Bazaar, participating prize providers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.
Any entry submitted by an ineligible person is void.
Canadian potential winners may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
Sponsor’s systems shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter the Rally for Royce Giveaway during the Giveaway Period through the entry methods made available by Sponsor.
Alternate Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, donation, or payment is required to enter.
To enter without making a purchase or donation, eligible participants may complete the official Rally for Royce Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) form during the Giveaway Period.
All required fields must be completed accurately. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise invalid submissions may be disqualified.
Entrants may not use bots, scripts, automated systems, agencies, or third parties to submit entries.

All entries are subject to these Official Rules and applicable eligibility requirements.
4. ENTRY LIMITS
There is no stated limit on the number of eligible entries per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of method of entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to void any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated improperly, or otherwise submitted in violation of these Official Rules.
5. RANDOM DRAWING
Following the close of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) potential winners from all eligible entries received.
The drawing is expected to take place on or about October 17, 2026.
Sponsor may conduct or share the drawing through FDR Foundation’s Instagram, Facebook, or other official channels.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry, including by telephone or email.
Official winner correspondence may be sent from:
Potential winners may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release, tax documentation, or other reasonably required documents within five (5) business days of notification.
Canadian potential winners may also be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.
If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, fails to provide requested documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
7. PRIZES
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) prize from the Rally for Royce Giveaway prize pool.
Prizes include:

- FXR Bazaar x Dickies — Jacket
- FXR Bazaar — Hat + Bandana
- FXR Bazaar — Hat + Bandana
- Hog Tool Rolls — FXR Bazaar Tool Roll — approximately $425 value
- Principal Helmets — $250 Gift Card
- Saddlemen — Seat of Winner’s Choice
- Simpson — Ghost Bandit Helmet
- Thrashin Supply Co. — $250 Gift Card
Each winner will receive one (1) prize.
The exact allocation of prizes among the ten (10) winners will be determined by Sponsor.
Prize availability, sizing, fitment, color, style, model, and other specifications may be subject to availability and restrictions imposed by the applicable prize provider.
Sponsor does not guarantee that a winner will receive any particular prize unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is based on the ordinary retail value of the specific prize awarded.
Approximate total ARV of all prizes: [$2850].
Actual retail values may vary based on product selection, sizing, model, fitment, availability, or other factors.
A winner will not receive the difference between the stated ARV and actual retail value.
9. PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portion of a prize, with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, local, or other taxes, fees, expenses, or costs associated with accepting or using a prize unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any warranty applicable to a prize is subject to the applicable manufacturer’s or prize provider’s terms.
Sponsor is not responsible for sizing, fitment, compatibility, model selection, or other product-specific limitations beyond what is expressly offered by the applicable prize provider.
10. PRIZE CLAIM
Winners must comply with all prize-claim instructions and deadlines provided by Sponsor.
Failure to timely respond, verify eligibility, provide requested information, or complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, tampering, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received prior to termination, to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Tampers with or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway;
- Uses automated or fraudulent methods of entry;
- Violates these Official Rules; or
- Acts in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FDR Foundation, FXR Bazaar, participating prize providers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims or causes of action arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical failures, interrupted Internet service, server or software failures, lost or delayed entries, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
Marketing communications will be sent only where the entrant has separately consented where required by law.
14. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information, city, state or province of residence, and prize information for Giveaway-related promotional purposes without additional compensation.
15. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
The Rally for Royce Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, or any other social media platform on which the Giveaway may be advertised or promoted.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that information provided in connection with the Giveaway is being provided to Sponsor and not to those social media platforms.
16. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and any dispute relating to the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws applicable to Sponsor in the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding relating to the Giveaway shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive any entrant of mandatory consumer rights or protections provided by the laws of their jurisdiction.
17. CANADIAN ENTRANTS
Eligible Canadian participants are subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws.
Before being confirmed as a winner, a Canadian potential winner may be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
Failure to correctly answer any required skill-testing question will result in disqualification and another potential winner may be selected.
18. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Sponsor anticipates announcing the confirmed winners on or about October 17, 2026.
Winner announcements may be made through FDRFoundation.com, FDR Foundation social media accounts, email, or other official Sponsor-controlled channels.
No entrant should consider themselves an official winner until Sponsor has verified their eligibility and confirmed their prize.
