Thank you for supporting the FDR Foundation. Every purchase helps further our mission and directly supports individuals and families impacted by catastrophic motorcycle accidents.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The FDR Foundation is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. While shipping carriers are responsible for delivery, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
